Josh just tried to put a t-shirt on without realising the coat hangar was still in it. He then got it caught on his lampshade and ripped it to bits.

Josh got really excited about the present he'd bought for his girlfriend's birthday. When it hadn't arrived after a few days Josh went back on the website to check it's progress, only to find he'd simply added the present to his basket and never actually bought it.
